NECROSIS Saturday # 02

Recently i have been doing alot of concept art regaurding the law enforcement unit PAX as they will start to play a bigger role in NECROSIS. PAX is made up of a lot cats, rabbits and a single fighting fish, they enforce the laws of Spire 13 with an iron fist.

I wanted to make a sort of 'heavy infantry walker' type unit that should be able to deal with large riots. I based the design around Totoro, from My Nieghbor Totoro (see that movie its great).

 I felt that the rabbits also needed a presence when it came to law enforcement. To make up for all thier physical short comings the rabbits use cyborgnetic augmentations to enhance combat abbilities. Each agent is named after thier specific augmentation. The plan is that there will be a trio; Mrs. Gun, Mr. Fist, and the leader Mr. Eyes.

 As an added bonus you get uncle Jimmy (Yeh). This has nothing to do with Necrosis. Enjoy!

Sketch Book Tuesday # 01

So i'm trying to get into the habbit of regularly updating my blog. I figured tuesdays would be a good day to show some work from my sketch book. Why tuesday, you may ask? Figured it was as good of a day as any.

 The first lucky winner is this Johova's Witness dude. Theres no back story to this, i just thought it was funny that he was so holy that he floats.

I've always wanted to do some sort of Scooby-Doo'ish type mystery, i probably will in the future when i have some spare time. It would feature a whole cast of creepy animals, like the vampire kitty (see octopulp # 1) as well as other characters that i havn't thought up yet.

OH SNAP its NECROSIS Saturday! but what does this mean? to put it simply, i'll try to upload somthing every saturday relating to NECROSIS, the most awsome graphic novel ever, avalible soon online or at the octopulp store.
